Holiday Inn Bolton Centre in association with Saffron Events NW (Northwest) invite you to 'A Taste of India', An exotic fusion of food and fashion..
The evening will offer a five-star gourmet experience prepared by guest Chef Sodhi Lalit of the Coriander Catering Group, in the splender of The Cloisters Suite @ Holiday Inn Bolton Centre.
Cuisine:
Chef Lalit Sodhi is one of the North West's premier Indian chefs of the last two decades and previously head chef in some of the Taj group's most prestigious and exclusive hotels.
Guests will enjoy a breathtaking fashion show 'Wings of Paradise' choreographed by Portuguese international model 'Jamal Santos' and his agency 100%Committed.
Couture:
Wings of Paradise will showcase and reflect the rich diversity of the Northwest by bringing together some of the best designers and outfits from Asia, Africa and Europe alongside an insight into some of the local and regional fashion retailers such as Alankor and Amina Fashions from Manchester.
